Made by Google 2025 is officially taking place on Wednesday, August 20. Google is again opting for a much earlier Pixel hardware event compared to previous years, with the annual Android release also accelerated.
This event is back in New York City after going to Mountain View, California last year. The invite announcement comes exactly five weeks before the event.
The Made by Google 2025 keynote will start at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. It’s a week later than last year, and will be livestreamed on YouTube. Officially, Google is teasing the latest on “Pixel phones, watches, buds, and more.”
We expect Google to unveil the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, as well as a line of charging accessories. Given a nearly identical design, there should be an even bigger focus on software and AI features. That said, Tensor G5 should be notable for switching to TSMC from Samsung. Android 16 QPR1 with Material 3 Expressive is a big update that’s expected to debut on these devices.
On the wearable front, the Pixel Watch 4 should once again be available in two sizes. Compared to the phones, not much about the wearable has leaked. The other product we’re expecting is affordable Pixel Buds 2a.
