Chinese Taipei shuts out Nevada to win 2025 Little League World Series championship

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Behind a dominant performance on the mound and in the field, Chinese Taipei Little League defeated Nevada 7-0 on Sunday at Lamade Stadium to claim its 18th Little League World Series championship.

Chinese-Taipei pitcher Lin Chin-Tse threw a gem on the mound for Taiwan, holding Nevada, the Mountain Region 2025 U.S. champions, to just one hit, striking out four in five innings of work. Taipei scattered its hits all game as Tsai Yu-Ge led Taiwan with two hits, while Chen Qi-Sheng, Chang Chun-Po and Chen Shi-Rong issued one hit each.

Nevada third baseman Garrett Gallegos, who pitched in Saturday’s U.S. championship, issued one hit along with pitcher Luke D’Ambrosio.
