PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WLOX) – Pascagoula Police confirm one person is dead after a shooting at Ingalls Shipbuilding.
According to police, a suspect is in custody.
An Ingalls Shipbuilding spokesperson also confirmed there was an active shooter at the shipyard.
According to officials, the shooting happened around 7:30 Friday morning.
There is currently a large law enforcement presence near the shipyard.
