When asked why the authorities weren’t called in the immediate aftermath, she explained, “I thought that we could work through it, and obviously we couldn’t, so I’m trying to do the right thing now.”

“… I am still in pain and I have a lot more of my story to tell,” said the woman, who relayed to authorities on the call that she was at the Fort Lauderdale Police Department’s temporary headquarters July 12, per TMZ.

Judkins, the 36th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, was charged with misdemeanor battery, with the charge being described as “touch or strike/battery/domestic violence.”

Disturbing details of the alleged incident were described in the arrest report Monday, which accused Judkins of punching the victim in the mouth with a closed fist.

The scene began to unfold at Fort Lauderdale International Airport, where Judkins, 21, allegedly grew upset at the victim and stated, “Oh, wow, I can’t believe you” and “I’m so done with you,” upon reading text exchanges with family members.

Upon exiting the airport in a vehicle, the victim tried to explain herself and was allegedly “punched” by Judkins “in the mouth/chin area with a closed fist,” according to the police report.

At another point during the car ride, when the victim moved to the back seat, she claimed Judkins “turned around while he was driving and struck her additional times in the left arm and thigh.”

Judkins had his initial court appearance Sunday morning.

The Browns said Saturday, the day of Judkins’ arrest, they are “aware and gathering information” on the matter.
