AAA TripleManía XXXIII is finally upon us, and that’s why WWE and AAA have made sure to book a card that will keep fans entertained throughout the duration of the show.
AAA Mega Championship: El Hijo del Vikingo (c) vs. Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee vs. El Grande Americano
El Hijo del Vikingo will defend the AAA Mega Championship against Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee and El Grande Americano. Dominik is certainly a favorite heading into the match since he has tons of momentum, so it remains to be seen who will walk out as the AAA Mega Champion when all is said and done.
AAA Reina de Reinas Championship: Flammer (c) vs. Faby Apache vs. Natalya
The women’s division is expected to surpass all expectations as Flammer defends her Reina de Reinas Championship against AAA legend Faby Apache and Natalya. Natalya has a chip on her shoulder as she’s determined to prove to the world she is the best wrestler, so we’ll have to see if she will end up winning the title.
Street Fight for AAA World Tag Team Championship: Los Garza (Berto & Angel) (c) vs. Pagano & Psycho Clown
Los Garza will defend their AAA World Tag Team Championships against the highly dangerous Pagano and Psycho Clown in a street fight, so fans can expect things to get chaotic pretty quickly. We’ll just have to see if Los Garza will manage to retain their titles somehow.
Other Matches
El Mesías will defend his AAA Latin American Championship against El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr, in what is expected to be a very solid match. The Judgment Day (Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh, & Raquel Rodriguez) will also be duking it out with Mr. Iguana, Niño Hamburguesa, & Lola Vice in a mixed trios match.
Finally, the annual Copa Bardahl will also take place. Wrestlers enter at timed intervals, but eliminations happen via pinfall rather than over-the-top-rope rules. The last competitor standing claims the prestigious Copa Bardahl trophy. Participants haven’t been announced for the match so fans will just have to see who will compete in the bout.
