Cache Creek Casino Resort said it is working with the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency to conduct contact tracing and notify anyone who may have come into contact with the infected person.”Health authorities define close contact as having a cumulative exposure of at least eight hours to the individual with TB,” the casino resort said in a news release.Tuberculosis can be transmitted when an infected person coughs, sneezes or speaks when others are nearby. Symptoms of tuberculosis include a cough that lasts three weeks or longer, chest pain, or—as the disease is often portrayed in film and television— coughing up blood. Other symptoms could include fatigue, weight loss or loss of appetite, chills, fever, or sweating at night.
