Invincible Vs is slated to be released sometime in 2026. Though Omni-Man was one of the first characters revealed for Invincible Vs, we haven’t had too many opportunities to see the character in action just yet.
This is quite strange considering that, in many ways, Omni-Man is more recognizable than Invincible himself. Earlier today at Evo 2025, the Invincible Vs developers decided to remedy this situation and appease the fans with a new Omni-Man gameplay trailer.
As one might expect from Omni-Man, he’s a very powerful bruiser type character that’s really scary once he’s able to get close. During the gameplay trailer, it’s demonstrated that he has plenty of hard hitting moves that can be linked together with devastating combos.
We also get a glimpse of what appears to be one of Omni-Man’s taunts, which pays homage to an iconic scene within the Invincible series. He points at his head with both fingers while leaning forward and exclaims “Think! Think!”
Omni-Man appears to have an attack in which he claps his hands together. The force of this attack is so strong that he actually nullifies any projectiles that are within the vicinity.
Evidently, Omni-Man can actually hit opponents from full screen with this clap attack (just like any other projectile). If it hits them, they’ll be bounced against the wall and then left in a crumple state. Omni-Man is demonstrated to be fast enough to pick up the combo even from a full screen’s distance.
