YouTube’s ‘xLokord’ has shared a video, showcasing almost an hour of gameplay footage from the latest pre-alpha multiplayer build of Battlefield 6. So, if you are currently looking forward to this new BF game, you should definitely watch it.
Since this is leaked gameplay, you should watch it while it’s still live. EA has taken down the previous leaked videos. So, we don’t know how long this video will be up.
This gameplay footage was captured on PC with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080. Sadly, though, xLokord did not reveal the graphics settings he used. And while this is a 4K video, he might have used DLSS to achieve a good framerate.
I should also note that you might see some placeholders. After all, this is pre-alpha gameplay footage. Thus, it does not represent the quality of the final game.
Now, let’s talk about the video. It shows a lot of action and destruction. Destruction is a big part of Battlefield 6. While some objects can’t be destroyed, the destruction system is way better than in past Battlefield games. Also, BF6 will probably not come to older consoles. This could explain why it already looks so good, even though it’s still in the early pre-alpha stage.
Battlefield 6 looks a lot like Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3. So, if you didn’t like BF2042, you might really enjoy BF6. I personally like what I see in the video. It’s not perfect, but its core elements appear to be solid. This could shape up to be one of the best Battlefield games yet.
The game’s official description states that players will gear up for the ultimate action-packed war experience. You’ll fight in fast, intense ground battles. You can also fly jets in crazy air fights. Blow up buildings and objects around you to gain an edge. With tanks, fighter jets, and tons of powerful weapons, your team is your strongest weapon.
From what we know, EA will most likely release Battlefield 6 this October. This information was leaked by the game’s official website. BF6 will have both single-player and multiplayer modes. Plus, EA will officially reveal its MP on July 31st.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
