Day 3 in Las Vegas opened with a duel between this year’s top two Draft picks and had plenty of breakout performances during the eight-game slate on Saturday.

Here are the standouts from Day 3 of NBA 2K26 Summer League, where Cooper Flagg had his best scoring showing yet and fans got their first look at the Spurs’ Dylan Harper:

Cooper Flagg, Dallas Mavericks

Coming off a 10-point outing in his first game in Las Vegas, Flagg looked every bit like the No. 1 pick in his second outing. Flagg scored 31 points, going 10-for-21 from the field in a highly touted matchup with the Spurs and Dylan Harper, the No. 2 pick in the 2025 Draft. Flagg did a bit of everything, knocking down three 3s, showing off his midrange game and throwing down several monster dunks in Dallas’ 76-69 loss to San Antonio.

Dylan Harper, San Antonio Spurs

Spurs fans had to wait extra long to get a glimpse of their No. 2 pick as Harper missed the team’s first game in Las Vegas (as well as the California Classic) while nursing a groin injury. But what they saw Saturday should give them plenty of hope. Harper dueled with Flagg, scoring 16 points to help lead San Antonio to the 76-69 win. Harper also grabbed six rebounds, had a pair of steals and wowed the Las Vegas crowd with a monster transition block. Harper only played 20 minutes, going 5-for-12 from the field, but left no doubt he’ll have an immediate impact on the young Spurs.

Devin Carter & Nique Clifford, Sacramento Kings

Carter, who averaged 3.8 points for the Kings in his rookie season, broke out in a big way on Saturday. The second-year guard poured in 30 points on 10-for-13 shooting, going 5-for-7 from 3-point range to lead the Kings to a 109-92 win over the Bulls. Carter, the 13th overall pick out of Providence in 2024, also had eight rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Carter wasn’t the lone bright spot for the Kings, though, as their 2025 first-round pick, Nique Clifford, tallied a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. The 24th pick out of Colorado State overcame a slow start, scoring 10 points in the fourth quarter to ice the win and finished 8-for-13 from the field and 3-for-4 from beyond the arc.

Terrence Shannon Jr. & Rob Dillingham, Minnesota Timberwolves

With the departure of Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Shannon could be in line for bigger minutes in his second season in Minnesota. If Saturday is any indication, the No. 24 pick from the 2024 Draft is more than ready. Shannon tallied 24 points on 8-for-19 shooting, hitting five 3-pointers to lead the Wolves to a 94-83 win over the Nuggets. The 6-foot-6 guard also had seven rebounds, three assists and a steal in 28 minutes.

Dillingham, another guard entering his sophomore campaign, also showed his growth, scoring 15 points and dishing out nine assists while steadily leading the offensive attack. The Kentucky product, taken eighth overall in 2024, also had three steals while shooting 6-for-15 from the field (2-for-6 on 3s) to help the Wolves improve to 2-0.

Nae’Qwan Tomlin, Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavs’ second-year player, who spent most of last season in the G League and is signed to a two-way deal, had his second straight strong performance in Las Vegas. Tomlin dropped 30 in the Cavs’ Summer League opener and followed that up Saturday with 22 points and 13 rebounds in Cleveland’s 92-83 win over the Bucks. The long, athletic 6-foot-10 forward also had four assists and finished 9-for-12 from the field, hitting a pair of 3-pointers to fuel the Cavs.
