Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition was released today, and Bethesda has listed a series of bug fixes and improvements for the title set to come in patches over the next few weeks.

Fallout 4: Anniversary release earlier today, making the game Xbox Play Anywhere. Bethesda has given us a list of upcoming bug fixes and improvements set to come to the game over the coming weeks.
Alongside today’s launch, we wanted to share a list of known issues that players may encounter, which can be found below. We have two upcoming patches scheduled to address these issues, with the first patch targeting November 24 and the second patch scheduled for December.
These patches will address the below known issues. Notably, in the November 24 patch, players on Xbox will see an increase in the local storage limit for mods, bumping up to 2GB. This will allow for the installation of more mods.
Known Issues/Upcoming Adjustments:
- PlayStation: Creations Bundle is not displayed as enabled unless another DLC is also installed in the Add-Ons menu.
- Players do in fact have access to the Creations Bundle
- Exit saves are not created when exiting to main menu
- This does NOT affect Survival Mode
- Placeholder “LOOKUP FAILED!” appears instead of Commonwealth name location in user interfaces
- Fix scheduled for Patch 2
- XB1/PS4 – Unlikely issue where starting a new game with Creations enabled crashes on loading screen
- Fix scheduled for Patch 1
- XB1/PS4 – Title is slow and navigation is not fluid when in the Creation Store Front
- Fix scheduled for Patch 1
- Increase 2GB Local Storage limit on Xbox
- Scheduled for Patch 1
- Crash: Title becomes inoperable when quitting after exiting an interior while having Pip-Boy open
