Videos show ‘excessive’ use of force against Portland protesters, state lawyers say

The Oregon Department of Justice, seeking to block the federal deployment of National Guard troops to Portland, submitted as evidence in this week’s federal trial multiple videos of federal officers using force against what appear to be nonviolent protesters assembled outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building on various nights since June.

All the videos are from surveillance cameras at the ICE facility off South Bancroft Street.
