If you’ve ever hung out with Taylor Swift, congratulations — it looks like you’ll be scoring an invite to her wedding after all. Swift appeared on The Graham Norton Show, which aired on Friday night, to promote her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, and naturally, their conversation included Swift showing off her enormous engagement ring and divulging the details of her upcoming wedding to Travis Kelce. By the sound of it, it’s going to be huge.
After Norton asked if she would be getting married next year, Swift replied, “Oh, you’ll know,” and said she’d be inviting the host to her nuptials. “If you’re inviting me, it’s very big,” he said, and it seems like the singer agrees.
“I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble,” she said. “And you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them to see if they should be there. I’m not gonna do that.” Sounds like Swift has never heard of a B-list. She added that “anyone I’ve ever talked to” would be getting an invite — does this mean Cillian Murphy should be on the lookout for a Save the Date?
Swift has already invited another host, Greg James of BBC Radio, to her and Kelce’s big day. At this rate, she’ll have to throw her wedding at Arrowhead Stadium. I’d love to know her budget.
