ARIES (March 21 – April 20):
The planets warn if you ask people what they think of your latest big idea you will most likely get a negative answer. So keep what you are doing to yourself and just get on with it. You don’t need advice, and certainly not criticism.
TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):
The fact that you have a radically different view of life to one of your friends suggests that you may fall out today. In the greater scheme of things though it is quite a trivial difference, so get past it quickly and have fun together.
GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):
There are a few loose ends that need to be dealt with before the weekend arrives, so get on to them now so you can move ahead freely. There is also a lot of junk in your life that needs getting rid of. Time for a clear-out!
CANCER (June 22 – July 23):
You don’t need anyone’s permission to follow your dream, so decide what you must do to move closer to your long-term goal and then go for it with all your might. If that upsets some of your more old-fashioned friends it means you’re on the right track!
LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):
There is something you feel you need to say but may be reluctant to give voice to it because you know some people will be offended. Since when did you care so much for their feelings? Speak up and get it over with. They’ll survive.
VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):
You will need to couple self-belief with a large dose of common sense today if you are to turn a dream into a reality. Simply thinking about it won’t make it happen, so put one foot in front of the other and start moving toward your goal.
LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):
The fact that a situation has not worked out the way you expected may be annoying but could also be beneficial. Looking back you will realize that by going wrong it probably saved you from yourself. Maybe your guardian angel had something to do with it.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):
If you use your powers of persuasion wisely today you can get others to do the hard stuff for you. Your way with words is such that even those who don’t want to assist you can be swayed to lend a helping hand, or even two.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):
It can be exhausting trying to live up to the image you think other people have of you, so forget about trying to impress friends, colleagues and employers and just be yourself. You may find that impresses them more than anything else.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):
You have no choice but to be honest with a friend whose current troubles are self-induced. You won’t do them any favors by skirting round the facts, so give it to them straight and show what they can do to help themselves.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):
The more you are generous with your time and energy today the more others will be generous toward you over the weekend. Also, make an effort to chat with the kind of people you don’t seem to have much in common with. They may surprise you.
PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):
You will need to change the way you work drastically over the next 24 hours, because if you don’t your rivals could pull ahead of you. Fortunately, Pisces is one of the more flexible signs of the zodiac, so it should not be too big a deal.
