Kaia Gerber is opening up about boyfriend Lewis Pullman!
If you didn’t know, the 23-year-old model/actress and the 32-year-old Thunderbolts actor first sparked dating rumors in January 2025 when she joined him and his family at his birthday dinner.
Last month, they were spotted sharing some super cute PDA while in Italy for the 2025 Venice Film Festival.
While appearing on close friend Jake Shane‘s podcast Therapuss, Kaia opened up about her relationship with Lewis.
Keep reading to find out more…“I feel like Lewis, takes care of you so well, you know what I mean? He would be the type of text you, ‘Not mad at you,’” Jake started.
“It is so nice. I mean, one, especially in Portland. I felt like he was all of our boyfriend,” Kaia responded, recalling a recent friend trip.
“Yeah, he was my boyfriend,” Jake joked, as Kaia added, “He was the group’s boyfriend. He loves you and Will so much.”
“I really feel like a lot of the appeal to me was you guys,” Kaia shared. “He was like, ‘Your friends are amazing.’ And I was like, ‘It’s a shock that they want to hang out with me.’ But I’m definitely – a lot is being like healed in this relationship.”
“I can feel it,” Jake said. “You guys are, like, healthy.”
“I really feel like if you have the opportunity to date a friend, do it because, it just is so much better,” Kaia explained. “I would never want to fight with my friends. I never want to be mad at my friends. I respect my friends. It just is a whole other thing. And I think sometimes you forget that you like someone when you love them.”
“I truly feel like in some relationships…you get to a place where it’s almost impossible to understand how love can get you there. You’re like, ‘How can we get brought here by love?’” she said. “Like how is love the thing that carried us to this point of hurt and pain and anger and resentment and all those things when love is supposed to be a really beautiful thing.”
“So, I really think if you can, date your friends, you should. Or date someone that you would be friends with anyway. Don’t date someone just because you’re sexually attracted to them and are in lust with them,” Kaia continued. “You should sleep with them, but you don’t need to make them your partners.”
