Last night, the 58-year-old actor debuted a total hair transformation in Paris. It’s not the first time Anderson has used Paris Fashion Week as a venue for a new beauty statement: In 2023, she sat runway-side completely makeup free—a choice that, despite being completely normal, practically broke the Internet.

Since then, Anderson has embraced her fresh face: From red carpets to cover shoots, she often skips the glam session entirely, frequently styling herself as well. For most of her career, Anderson followed an instantly-recognizable beauty formula that became deeply entangled with her “bombshell” brand: icy blonde layers; razor-thin brows; dark, smoky eyeliner; and frosty ’90s lipstick. But her latest era has taken a softer, more minimalistic turn, as reflected by her new skin care brand, Sonsie Skin. “I’m finding I feel more comfortable in my skin now than I probably have in the last 30 years. But I didn’t realize it until now,” she told Glamour in 2024.
