He wants MORE!

Kieran Culkin doesn’t have an EGOT, but he’s got an EOT (Emmy, Oscar, Three kids). Culkin used his speeches at both the Emmys and the Oscars to wish for more kids with his wife, Jazz Charton, and it came true. Culkin holds her baby bump with pride in photos from the opening night of Broadway’s Waiting for Godot, starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, on September 28. Charton double-confirmed with an Instagram post afterward. “Saw Keanu Reeves on broadway and now I’m 9 months pregnant,” Charton wrote. This is their third kid together, following a daughter born in 2019 and a son born in 2021.
Culkin first publicly manifested a third child in his January 2024 Emmys speech after winning Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work on Succession. He thanked Charton for “sharing your life with me and giving me two amazing kids,” before adding, “I want more. You said, ‘Maybe, if I win!’”
“I was very moved, No. 1,” Charton told Vulture later that year, referring to her husband’s speech. “And then I was very confused that he would bring up my uterus.” She added, “I mean, luckily he’s not super-famous or anything, but I got weird messages from friends and family about it … I feel like my uterus is now public domain.”
Culkin went and brought it up again at the 2025 Oscars in March. “About a year ago, I was on a stage like this and I very stupidly, publicly, said that I want a third kid from her, because she said if I won the award, she would give me the kid,” Culkin said after winning Best Supporting Actor for A Real Pain. “After the show, we’re walking through a parking lot, she’s holding the Emmy, we’re trying to find our car, she goes, ‘Oh, God, I did say that. I guess I owe you a third kid.’ And I turned to her and I said, ‘Really, I want four.’ And she turned to me, I swear to God this happened, it was just over a year ago. She said, ‘I will give you four when you win an Oscar.’” He may have called her “love of my life, ye of little faith,” but she keeps promises. As one person pointed out in the comments of Charton’s September 29 Instagram, she was actually already pregnant at the Oscars. “I was 2 months and so sick,” she responded. “He’s an asshole.”
