Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are married!
On September 27, the 33-year-old A-lister agreed to spend the rest of her life with the 37-year-old music producer she’s been dating since the summer of 2023, though they first collaborated on music all the way back in 2015 (you can check out their full timeline here).
Now it’s finally time to talk about the wedding we’ve all been waiting for since Blanco popped the question with plenty of Taco Bell on hand back in December 2024. According to Us Weekly sources, the details were kept under lock and key—even from guests, who would be shuttled to and from their hotel to avoid leaks. This way, Selena Gomez was the first to share photos from her big day.
On the same day as the event, Gomez posted a series of photos and videos from her big day, revealing her custom Ralph Lauren wedding gown with a halter neckline and open back. As for glam, Gomez looked radiant with an Old Hollywood-inspired bob with a deep side part and gentle waves, courtesy of hairstylist Renato Campora. You can see the photos and footage here.
Selena Gomez has been hinting at the design for a while, wearing halter dresses to a number of recent occassions, including an August Rare Beauty event, the 2025 Emmy Awards, and her own bachelorette party.
People previously reported that Gomez and Blanco kicked off their Santa Barbara wedding festivities with an intimate rehearsal dinner on September 27, while Page Six reports that Gomez and Blanco rented out the entire El Encanto hotel for their guests, a list that includes her famous bestie Taylor Swift. And yes, TMZ shared alleged footage of Swift arriving for the festivities in a very Showgirl-coded way involving a ton of umbrellas.
It’s unclear if Swift was granted the flower girl duties she requested following Gomez’s engagement announcement, though we’re sure she took plenty of notes for her own future wedding to NFL player Travis Kelce. We already know she’s a big fan of Ralph Lauren, having worn the brand on multiple occasions over the years. Most memorably, of course, she wore a Polo Ralph Lauren striped halter dress during her own engagement, doubling down on the brand ever since. In fact, this writer previously predicted that Swift might tap the American designer to design a custom look for her future nuptials.
Soon, it will be her turn to say “I do” in front of all her friends and family, including Gomez, but for now, our congratulations are reserved for Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco.
