‘She Doesn’t Need This In Her Life’ (Exclusive)

Sydney Sweeney is so sick of all the backlash against her that she may leave Hollywood, a source tells the National Enquirer.

“It seems everything she does causes a stink,” a source says of the Euphoria star, who made headlines for her refusal to address her controversial American Eagle campaign earlier this year.

The actress, 28, skipped the Emmys after-parties on Sunday, September 14, after getting a chilly reception from fellow attendees, the source points out.

“She’s made every effort to be sociable and positive and outgoing with people, but she’s encountered a lot of mean-spiritedness because of her commercial and her suspected political beliefs,” says the source.

Though she believes they’re just jealous of her success, adds the source, all the flak is taking a toll.

“Sydney doesn’t need this in her life,” continues the source. “She’s talking about leaving for friendlier climates.”

As Enquirer recently reported, Sweeney is dating music manager Scooter Braun, and “people are picking on her” for that, too, says the source.

Braun, 44, is based in California, so “she’ll likely keep a crash pad in L.A., but Sydney wants to get away from all the cattiness.”

She’ll likely be spending more time at the $13.5 million home in the Florida Keys she bought last year and may even go international, the source says.

The Daily Mail reported on September 16 that the star of the upcoming movie The Housemaid has been offered $60 million to play a part in a Bollywood film.
