Oppo is gearing up to introduce its first flagship phones that are powered by the Dimensity 9500, the Find X9 and X9 Pro. The company has recently confirmed that the lineup will launch globally soon after the Chinese debut, which is set for October 16, 2025.
Now, Oppo has showcased the Find X9 and X9 Pro in new photos. Per the new teaser pictures, it seems that Oppo’s latest flagship phones will sport a rear design similar to that of the OnePlus 15, which has been recently spotted in a leaked photo.
To be precise, compared to the Find X8 series, Oppo’s new Dimensity 9500 phones have a redesigned camera island. It has a squircle shape instead of the circular camera island that was found on the predecessors. Among the two, the standard Find X9 looks more similar to the recently leaked OnePlus 15, but the former has a Hasselblad logo on the back.
As for the OnePlus 15, the company previously revealed that it would cut ties with Hasselblad for camera tuning. OnePlus announced that it would use the in-house DetailMax Engine instead, which explains why the phone didn’t have the Hasselblad logo on the back of the leaked photo.
Getting back to the Oppo Find X9 series, the X9 Pro is officially shown to have a better-equipped camera setup on the back. More specifically, the photos show the Pro phone featuring an upgraded periscope telephoto sensor. Both the phones appear to have four cameras on the rear, though.
Oppo has also recently teased that the Find X9 series will double down on AI features. This teaser has further suggested that there will be two dedicated AI buttons on the phones.
