The New Orleans Saints have signed wide receiver Kevin Austin Jr. to the active roster from the practice squad, elevated (standard) tight end Treyton Welch and defensive end Fadil Diggs to the active roster for Sunday’s game at the Seattle Seahawks and waived tight end Moliki Matavao.
