CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns cut down to their initial 53-man roster on Tuesday, adding some clarity at quarterback and kicker and hanging onto a few undrafted free agents.
There’s always an emphasis on the word “initial” with this cut-down because there will be changes over the next few days and weeks. Waiver claims are due by noon on Wednesday and the Browns will likely be active.
