Acura today announced significant enhancements to the Integra lineup for the 2026 model year, as the premium performance brand celebrates the model’s 40-year history. The refreshed 2026 Acura Integra will continue its dominance of the premium sport compact segment with three new exterior color options, a host of additional standard technology features, including a larger touchscreen, and new aero body kit for the Integra A-Spec®.
The 2026 Integra will begin arriving at Acura dealers later next month.
“The Acura Integra has dominated the premium sport compact segment since its launch in 2022, winning the prestigious North American Car of the Year Award and consistently commanding over 40% of retail sales1 in the segment,” said Mike Langel, assistant vice president, Acura National Sales.” Integra has also fulfilled its role as the performance gateway to the Acura brand, with the youngest buyers in the segment2 and the highest conquest rate of any Acura vehicle.”
Integra is manufactured exclusively at the company’s Marysville Auto Plant in Ohio, with domestic and globally made parts, and is the only premium sport compact sedan with consecutive top 20 overall rankings on Cars.com American-Made Index® over each of the last three years.
A premium sport compact inspired by the fun-to-drive spirit of previous Integras, the refreshed model is powered by a high-output turbocharged engine, delivering 200 horsepower and paired with either a segment-exclusive 6-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). An ultra-rigid body structure and sport tuned chassis are optimized for an exhilarating driving experience.
As the only 5-door liftback in the premium sport compact segment, Integra offers sleek styling while benefitting from the extended cargo flexibility enabled by the liftback body. Designed to engage the driver in all aspects, Integra also features generous rear seat legroom that’s rarely encountered in its class.
What’s New for 2026
Inside, Integra boasts major technology updates that include a host of new standard features. More advanced tech has been smartly integrated to enhance the cabin experience of Integra. A 9-inch color touchscreen is now standard—2 inches larger than the outgoing standard touchscreen—and every 2026 Integra now includes wireless Apple CarPlay3 and Android Auto™4 compatibility and a wireless phone charger. The new touchscreen also brings a faster processor for lag-free performance.
An aggressive new aero body kit and newly styled 18-inch black wheels provide a more premium, aspirational look on the Integra A-Spec. The new aero body kit adds gloss black side spoilers to each corner of the front fascia and a sleek new side sill garnish that improve the sedan’s high-speed aerodynamics and visual appeal.
The enhanced appearance of the 2026 Acura Integra also includes three exciting new colors: Solar Silver Metallic, Urban Gray Pearl and Double Apex Blue Pearl, which debuted on the all-electric ZDX Type S. In addition, Integras painted Double Apex Blue Pearl or Performance Red Pearl now feature a sporty new color-matched grille. A gloss-black grille is standard on all other exterior colors and available as an accessory on Integras painted Double Apex Blue and Performance Red Pearl. A color-matched grille is available as an accessory on Integras painted Urban Gray Pearl and Platinum White Pearl.
Interior updates to the 2026 Integra include a fresh trim pattern on the dashboard and extended ambient lighting for the Integra A-Spec. In addition, Integra A-Spec models with the Orchid interior gain new blue micro suede inserts, first seen on the 2025 ADX. Integra A-Spec models with the Ebony interior sport new yellow stitching on the seats, steering wheel, shift boot and door panels.
Fun, Engaging Performance
Integra is built upon an exceptionally rigid body and sport-tuned chassis with a fully independent suspension to deliver class-leading driving dynamics, sporty handling and a comfortable ride. Integra also benefits from powerful brakes and precise variable-ratio steering.
A standard Integrated Dynamics System enables the Integra driver to choose between three distinct driving modes (Comfort, Normal and Sport) for the throttle response, automatic transmission mapping, steering feel and gauge coloration. A-Spec with Technology Package adds adjustments for in-cabin sound, plus an “Individual” mode that allows the driver to customize the Integrated Dynamics System setting combinations to their liking.
An available Adaptive Damper System (ADS) gives drivers even more precise control of ride and handling performance with distinct damping characteristics for Comfort, Normal and Sport driving modes. Drivers also can customize their driving experience with an Individual mode that allows independent selection of steering, engine response, and suspension firmness for a tailored driving experience at the touch of a button.
Under the aluminum hood of Integra is a VTEC®-enhanced DOHC 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine producing 200 horsepower (SAE net @ 6,000 rpm) and 192 lb.-ft. of torque (SAE net @ 1,800 – 5,000 rpm). A unique coil type exhaust system adds an emotional exhaust sound that further enhances engaging driving experience of Integra.
Tuned specifically for the high-output turbocharged engine, the standard CVT automatic transmission responds quickly to throttle inputs and Step Shift programming simulates gear changes when accelerating. For added driver control, steering wheel-mounted shifter paddles are standard.
An available segment-exclusive 6-speed manual transmission dials up the engagement even further. The short-throw, close-ratio 6-speed features automatic rev matching for the ultimate in precision driving. To maximize available traction when accelerating out of corners, power is routed through a helical limited-slip differential (LSD) in manual transmission-equipped vehicles.
Sporty and Personal Cabin
Inside, Integra has a sporty and personal cabin featuring high-quality materials and switchgear, with all touchpoints imparting a premium feel. The climate control vents reflect the diamond mesh pattern of the grille, highlighted by piano-black trim. A low cowl, thin pillars and door-mounted exterior mirrors help create exceptional visibility.
Heated front seats wrapped in leatherette are standard, with 8-way power adjustment for the driver, and available in Ebony, Red or Orchid. The optional Technology Package adds a 12-way power seat (includes lumbar support) for the driver (4-way power seat for the front passenger) as well as microsuede inserts for the front seats.
Integra A-Spec models communicate a performance edge with stainless steel pedals, red gauge needles, and contrast stitching on the steering wheel, seats, shifter and shift boot.
Rear-seat passengers enjoy generous legroom, and Integra features standard 60/40 split rear seatbacks that can be folded flat to flexibly expand the cargo area.
Intelligent Technology
Integra is packed with segment-leading technology that includes a standard 10.2-inch Acura Precision Cockpit™ digital gauge cluster. The available Technology Package adds Alexa5 Built-In and a 5.3-inch Head-Up Display (HUD). Additionally, charging is supported by a USB-C port up front, along with two USB-C ports at the back of the center console for rear-seat passengers.
Standard premium audio is provided via 8 speakers while the available 16-speaker ELS STUDIO 3D® premium audio system adds dimension with two Highline™ speakers mounted in the headliner, above the front-seat occupants.
Cutting-Edge Safety Features and Performance
The Acura Integra continues to set the benchmark for both active and passive safety features and performance in the premium sport compact class with the company’s proprietary ACE™ body structure, next-generation front passenger airbag technology, rear seat side airbags and the AcuraWatch™ suite of advanced safety and driver-assistive technologies – all standard.
