$1 million Powerball ticket purchased in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – While no one in Colorado won this weekend’s jackpot, one ticket purchased in Colorado Springs won a player $1 million in Saturday’s Powerball drawing!

A spokesperson with the state said the ticket purchased in Colorado Springs was worth $1,000,004.00. That ticket was reportedly purchased at the Maverik near Briargate and Powers.

Across the state, seven tickets purchased in Colorado won lucky players between $50,000 and $1 million.

A ticket purchased in Woodland Park won one person $50,000.00. State officials said the ticket was purchased at Banana Belt Liquors off of Highway 24 and Pikes Peak Avenue.

  • Dinosaur: $100,000.00
  • Brighton: $100,000.00
  • Fort Morgan: $100,007.00
  • Aurora: $100,007.00

Winning tickets for the $1.8 billion Powerball jackpot were sold in Missouri and Texas.
